Meet Anastasia & Drizella at Disney World (Cinderella’s Evil Stepsisters)
Meeting Anastasia and Drizella on your Walt Disney World vacation can be a nightmare! No, really, they are villains. Cinderella’s stepsisters are always complaining about some dramatic event or another. Typically, their conversation involves whining about a shoe that doesn’t fit!
Below, we’ll discuss where to meet Anastasia and Drizella at Walt Disney World. These stepsisters, who rarely leave each other’s side, are somewhat challenging to find. But if you do run into them, you’re sure to be entertained. We’ll also discuss a few tips for photos, autographs, and other conversation starters. Honestly, anything unpleasant will do. You can probably tell by their expressions in the picture below that they keep a sour attitude. So feel free to give them a hard time when you meet them.
Typically, the stepsisters meet somewhere behind Cinderella Castle at Magic Kingdom Park. I say somewhere because they do move around from time to time. But they can usually be found behind the castle near Cinderella’s fountain. The stepsisters meet intermittently throughout the day. As always, you should confirm their meet-and-greet times and location in the My Disney Experience app on the day of your visit.
How to Locate Characters in the My Disney Experience App
- Open the My Disney Experience app and select the pin drop at the bottom of the home screen.
- Scroll (left to right) through the icons at the top of the screen and select “Characters.”
- After selecting characters, use the locations drop-down to select the park of your choice.
- Then, on the bottom right of the screen, select “Show List.”
- Scroll through the list of characters with their times and locations.
- As an alternative, you can use the map view to locate characters.
*As the day passes, you might notice that characters disappear from the app. When their last scheduled time passes, the meet-and-greet automatically disappears. A new schedule won’t be loaded until the following day. It is essential to check the app for meet-and-greets on the day of your visit.

Below is a photo of where the line forms for this character meet-and-greet. A few families were already waiting ahead of me. On this visit, I was at Magic Kingdom on a Sunday afternoon. Anastasia and Drizella were scheduled to appear at 2:20 p.m. I joined the line to meet them at 2:17 p.m. The stepsisters came out promptly at 2:20 p.m., and I met them at 2:27 p.m.
Be aware that some days, the sisters may not be available. Years ago, the Fairy Godmother met in their place. Sadly, we haven’t seen her in a long time except for special events like the Christmas Parade.
A Photopass photographer is usually available at this location. Unfortunately, photographers are not guaranteed, and we are seeing fewer of them at character meets. Anastasia and Drizella also sign autographs. So make sure to have your autograph book available for this character meet.

The Magic Kingdom and Mickey’s Halloween Party are usually the only places to meet Anastasia and Drizella at Walt Disney World. Cinderella meets daily nearby at Princess Fairytale Hall and makes appearances at Cinderella’s Royal Table, Akershus Royal Banquet Hall, and 1900 Park Fare.
