Celebrate Black History Month Soulfully With Two Desserts at Disney Springs

If you’ve been following along, you already know that February is a month for foodies at Disney World. We’ve already checked out a few colorful items featuring candy that debuted at the Main Street Confectionery and previewed limited-time Valentine’s Day treats for 2026. Now, we’re stopping at Disney Springs for a few soulfully-inspired desserts to help celebrate Black History Month. Per the Disney Parks Blog, these items will be available at Disney Springs between now and February 28, 2026. Let’s take a look:

Soulful New York Cheesecake Pop (New in 2026)

Details: This pop is a cheesecake ganache that’s layered with graham cracker ganache enrobed in 65% dark chocolate.

In addition to these special desserts, Walt Disney World will host a special parade moment on February 9, 2026, to officially usher in Black History Month festivities at Disney World, led by Toya Johnson-Rushing as honorary Grand Marshal. Per the announcements, Disney invites guests to watch along the parade route and down Main Street U.S.A. around 3:00 p.m. for a high-energy celebration featuring beloved Disney characters, lively music, dazzling displays, and plenty of Disney magic.
