Disney Resort Hotel Activity Calendars
Each month, a new resort activities calendar is released at the Walt Disney World Resorts. Some refer to these schedules as recreation calendars. They include a daily schedule of activities at the resort for the entire month. In recent years, we’ve seen some of the calendars last for 2-3 months.
These schedules also offer details for the Movies Under the Stars program, which is offered nightly at many resorts. (Note that some resorts only offer movie nights on select evenings.) If you have an upcoming trip, it might be helpful to have an idea of what activities to expect before your arrival. That way, you can adjust your schedule to accommodate an activity that interests you.
This page serves as a resource for all the resort recreation calendars. Below, we’ve provided a link to each resort’s recreation page so you can view the available calendar. As of this update, we’ve added a link to each resort’s recreation page on Walt Disney World’s website.
Update: Disney began posting recreation calendars online in late 2025. Unfortunately, as of early 2026, most of them have not been updated. We’ve left the last calendar posted online below as an example of what to expect. You’ll just want to be aware that activities and movies change from month-to-month. It’s also important to note that the Movies Under the Stars change monthly. Times for the movies also shift based on the time the sun sets. Additionally, resort activities change from month to month. If the calendar is not updated online, you should be able to find a copy of it in your hotel’s lobby when you check in.

Final Thoughts
Depending on your resort, you might find anything from daily pool parties with trivia contests to arts and crafts, like making tie-dye t-shirts. As always, offerings will vary by the resorts and could change due to weather events, holidays, or other instances.
