Frozen Ever After at Epcot Scheduled to Reopen Soon with Updated Audio-Animatronics
Walt Disney World has announced a scheduled reopening date for Frozen Ever After at Epcot. You may remember that the attraction temporarily closed on January 26, 2026, so that updates could be made to Anna, Elsa, and Kristoff’s Audio-Animatronics figures. Per the Disney calendar, the attraction now shows a reopening date of February 12, 2026.
Frozen Ever After debuted nearly a decade ago at Epcot in 2016. The attraction, which resides in Epcot’s Norway Pavilion, features numerous Audio-Animatronics, including Anna and Elsa, Sven and Kristoff, Olaf, Marshmallow, and plenty of Snowgies. During its recent refurbishment, Anna, Elsa, and Kristoff’s Audio Animatronics have received refreshed faces. These updates were inspired by advancements on the same figures at World of Frozen in Hong Kong Disneyland. This refresh was previously announced back in October.

Frozen Ever After is a boat ride that allows guests to visit multiple scenes portrayed in the original Frozen film. You’ll set sail on a boat through the Troll Valley, where you’ll encounter Kristoff’s family of rolling stones (endearing trolls). Then your route will turn upwards as you ascend the North Mountain, where Elsa’s ice palace awaits. You’ll run into Anna, Kristoff, and Sven along the way. Before you know it, Elsa sends you rushing away in a dazzling performance of Let It Go! Make sure to watch out for Marshmallow and those cutesy snowgies! Soon, you’ll be back in Arendelle, where you’ll run into everyone’s favorite snowman, Olaf. He’s performing a Summer Snow Day celebration with both Anna and Elsa. It’s an endearing ride that’s perfect for everyone.
