Where to Find Horace Horsecollar at Walt Disney World
Horace Horsecollar is a challenging character to find at Walt Disney World. He often makes appearances at the Frontierland Hoedown. However, he does not have a daily meet-and-greet in the parks or appear at any character meals. Horace is known for having a giant collar around his neck. According to his write-up on the D23 fan site, he has appeared in 11 cartoons and is typically paired with Clarabelle Cow. His first television appearance was in The Plowboy in 1929.
