Meet Asha from Disney's 'Wish' at Epcot

Asha, from Disney’s animated film Wish, has a character meet-and-greet at Epcot. She meets guests daily in the gazebo near Disney Traders. Below, we’ll discuss specifics of this location and how to find her on your next visit.

Asha meets at Epcot daily. Her times are listed as “intermittently between 9:30 a.m. and 4:15 p.m.” You’ll want to check the exact times in the My Disney Experience app on the day of your visit. How to Locate Characters in the My Disney Experience App

Open the My Disney Experience app and select the pin drop at the bottom of the home screen.
Scroll (left to right) through the icons at the top of the screen and select “Characters.”
After selecting characters, use the locations drop-down to select the park of your choice.
Then, on the bottom right of the screen, select “Show List.”
Scroll through the list of characters with their times and locations.

As an alternative, you can use the map view to locate characters.

*As the day passes, you might notice that characters disappear from the app. When their last scheduled time passes, the meet-and-greet automatically disappears. A new schedule won’t be loaded until the following day. It is essential to check the app for meet-and-greets on the day of your visit.

You’ll find Asha in the gazebo directly across from Disney Traders along the World Showcase Promenade. This is where Pluto formerly met and, at one time, Duffy, many years ago.

Don’t be surprised if you find a long line of guests waiting to meet her.

Asha is from the Kingdom of Rosas. From my understanding, she is not considered part of a royal family. However, the purple banners and lights hanging in front of the queue feel regal.

She was a wonderful character to meet and had a lot to chat about while I was taking photos. Her purple costume was gorgeous. It’s hard to tell from the photos, but she has the cutest splash of freckles on her cheeks and nose.

She signed her name with a star at the end. On the day of our visit, a PhotoPass photographer was available at this location.
