Mickey’s PhilharMagic Removed from Early Entry Schedule at Magic Kingdom
Walt Disney World has removed Mickey’s PhilharMagic, an animated 3D experience, from the list of early entry attractions at Magic Kingdom. This attraction sits behind Cinderella Castle in Fantasyland. The short film stars Donald Duck, who takes part in a fantasy adventure through classic Disney animated films. If you had any plans to take advantage of this attraction during early entry, you’ll want to adjust those plans accordingly.
For reference, early entry is a benefit extended to guests of Disney Resort Hotels and a few other select hotels. The early entry benefit allows eligible guests to enter any of the four Walt Disney World theme parks up to 30 minutes early each morning.

Here is the updated list of early entry attractions at Magic Kingdom, since PhilharMagic was removed.
- “it’s a small world”
- Astro Orbiter
- Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin*
- Dumbo the Flying Elephant
- Mad Tea Party
- Peter Pan’s Flight
- Prince Charming Regal Carrousel
- Seven Dwarfs Mine Train
- Space Mountain
- The Barnstormer
- The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh
- Tomorrowland Speedway
- Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover
- Under the Sea ~ Journey of The Little Mermaid
- Walt Disney’s Carousel of Progress
Unfortunately, Walt Disney World has not announced why this attraction was removed from the early entry lineup. That said, given its low wait times and large capacity, we imagine it would be one of the last attractions guests would visit first thing in the morning. I don’t know about you, but we like to save this one for later in the day when we need a break.
