Photos: Exterior Work at Disney’s Beach Club Resort (Spring 2026)

We’ve recently touched on the current scaffolding at the Yacht Club and the yellow-ish siding that may or may not be finished at the Beach Club. So I thought we would take a closer look at the state of the exterior refurbishment at Disney’s Beach Club Resort as of early Spring. Coming from Epcot’s International Gateway, we can see that the scaffolding begins immediately as we reach the edge of the resort. This is the area where resort guests can usually use their room key to sneak in the private side entrance. Unfortunately, that door is surrounded by a fence and won’t be accessible until work in this area wraps up.

The combined restrooms and laundry room that sit in front of the Tidal Pool were also under construction. Workers were busy removing shingles when we walked through.

As we reach the resort’s primary entrance (on the lake side), we see that the construction fence extends to the lawn near the volleyball court. We didn’t see any construction on the opposite side of the resort, facing the parking lots or bus stop.

Here’s a better example of where the construction ended. At some point, it will extend into this area.

Looking toward the Yacht Club, we can see they are following the same suit.

Inside the Beach Club, we noticed that the restrooms near the gift shop were closed for refurbishment. Other than that, we were oblivious to the exterior refurbishment.

Disney’s Beach Club Resort is undergoing routine exterior maintenance through 2027. As part of this work, the porte cochere will be closed through late November 2025. This work may impact views from various locations throughout the resort, and at times, alternate paths of travel may be in place.

While efforts will be made to minimize disruptions, construction may be noticeable during daytime hours. All services—including valet, luggage assistance, and transportation—will remain available. All pools, resort dining and most other amenities will remain available.
