The Sil Vous Play Aquatic Area to Undergo Routine Maintenance Later This Month
Walt Disney World has announced that the Sil Vous Play Aquatic Area at Disney’s Riviera Resort will close for a brief period between February 16th and the 19th for routine maintenance. The aquatic play area sits adjacent to the Riviera Pool in a separately fenced area. During its closure, the resort’s other pools will remain open. We’ve added this notice to a list of resort refurbishments we update regularly. Here is the official announcement:
From February 16–19, the S’il Vous Play interactive water play area at Disney’s Riviera Resort will be closed for routine maintenance. All pools at the resort will remain open during this work. Guests may see or hear maintenance activity in the area until the work is complete.

The water play area at Disney’s Riviera Resort is themed to Disney’s animated film Fantasia and inspired by grander public fountains in Europe. The splash pad has two mini-slides, multiple fountains, and water features. It sits toward the front corner of the Riviera Pool. It’s across the walkway from Bar Riva, the pool bar and lounge.
