NEW: Travel Advisors Can Now Book Walt Disney World VIP Tours as an Add-On Package Option
The Walt Disney Travel Company has announced that travel advisors can book Walt Disney World VIP Tours as an add-on option for Walt Disney Travel Company packages. This new special pilot program starts today. It allows clients to have their entire vacation as part of one package. It also allows clients to reserve tour dates more than 60 days out.
Here are a few highlights of enjoying a private VIP Tour:
For starters, private VIP Tours include private transportation. This means that guests can experience a fully hosted tour, starting with being picked up at their Disney Resort Hotel. Having access to a private vehicle and driver is a huge benefit that makes any park-to-park transfers flow efficiently. (Options are also available to meet up with tour guides later in the day.)
Disney also notes the following VIP personalized services on their website:
- Pre-arrival planning
- A flexible start time, picked by you
- Visits to multiple theme parks
- The ability to enjoy some of your favorite attractions efficiently during your visit
- Shared insight from your highly knowledgeable Disney Private VIP Tour Guide throughout your tour
At the time of this announcement, tour pricing ranges from $450.00 to $950.00 per hour. Price ranges vary per date. You must have valid tickets to enter the theme parks. Admission is not included in the price of the tour.
Disney notes the following important details on their website:
All Disney VIP Private Tours require valid theme park admission, which is not included in the price of the tour. Theme park reservations may also be needed, depending on the type of admission.Â
Your party may include up to 10 Guests, including yourself and infants.
Guests 17 years of age or younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the entire tour.
Disney Private VIP Tours may be limited in availability. Advance reservations are highly recommended.
Disney Private VIP Tours participate in security screenings (including bag checks). Guests should be prepared for screenings and carry their government-issued identification.
No cameras, video equipment, or cellphones may be used while in backstage areas.

If your tour is not part of a Walt Disney Travel Company package, please call us at (407)-560-4033 at least 3 days prior to the date of your tour to cancel. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee equal to the cost of 2 hours of the booked rate of the tour.
