Meet Winnie the Pooh at Epcot’s United Kingdom Pavilion
Silly old bear is the first phrase that comes to mind when I think of Winnie the Pooh. This classic character holds a special place in many of our hearts. So don’t be surprised if you find long lines to meet him at Epcot’s United Kingdom Pavilion. It will soon become evident how many lives that silly old bear has touched. He’s one of the best. Below, we’ll discuss meeting Winnie the Pooh in Christoper Robin’s Room in the United Kingdom Pavilion. We’ll also share a few places to find him in the parks and where he meets for character dining and seasonal parties. You’ll likely have several opportunities to find him!

Winnie the Pooh meets in Christopher Robin’s Room in the United Kingdom Pavilion at Epcot. His meet-and-greet is at the back of the pavilion. His line begins underneath an awning on the last row of townhouses.

Here is a look at the line formed to meet him on our last visit. Winnie the Pooh meets intermittently throughout the day. His times are listed in the character section of the My Disney Experience App.

One group of guests at a time is allowed inside. There, Winnie the Pooh is waiting to meet you!

On the day of this visit, I was in the area at 1:15 p.m. So, I checked the app and saw that the next listed meet-and-greet was at 1:40 p.m. Since no one was waiting, I sat on a bench in the shade nearby. By 1:25 p.m., other guests began to form a line. For reference, nothing indicates where the line begins, and there are no signs marking the location of the meet-and-greet. Nearly everyone was asking if they were in the right place.
Winnie the Pooh was also about five minutes late, which isn’t necessarily a big deal. But when you’ve been standing in line for 20 minutes, everyone starts to wonder if they are in the right place. Thankfully, he showed up a few minutes later. We waited a total of 23 minutes to meet him.

Unfortunately, a PhotoPass photographer was not available on the day of our visit. But Winnie the Pooh does sign autographs at this location. It’s an adorable room filled with vintage toys, and the backdrop makes for lovely photos. After the meeting ends, you’ll exit the Toy Soldier gift shop, which is where the Epcot Kidcot activity for children is located.

If you’re planning a visit to Epcot, make sure to stop by the United Kingdom Pavilion and see this friendly old bear.
