Pluto Greets Guests at Storybook Circus During Mickey’s Halloween Party
We’ve attended a couple of Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Parties so far this year and found everyone’s favorite pal, Pluto, greeting guests at the entrance of Storybook Circus. Pluto is a classic character and, in the past, could be found in all four parks. In recent years, though, he’s been a little harder to find. So we were happy to see his meet-and-greet return to Mickey’s Halloween Party. If memory serves, the last time we saw him greet guests at the party was back in 2019.
If you would like to meet Pluto, you can find him stationed outside the main entrance of Storybook Circus. He meets intermittently between 7:00 p.m. and midnight. You’ll want to check the My Disney Experience app for his exact times on the night of your visit. We happened by at about 10:30 p.m. and had about a 10-minute wait to meet him.

Of course, most of the character lines tend to drop later in the evening. You might run into a significantly longer line earlier. Pluto signs autographs, and a PhotoPass photographer was available to take photos.

While the meet-and-greet is well-lit, you might want to pay attention to shadows and angles if you’re hoping for the perfect picture.

We have a few other meet-and-greets to get to in the next few days. In case you’ve missed it, we’ve recently previewed the following:
- How to Meet Mickey and Minnie Mouse Together at Mickey’s Halloween Party
- The Evil Queen and Maleficent Takeover Princess Fairytale Hall During the Halloween Party
- Donald Duck Surprises Guests on PhilharMagic Trick-or-Treat Trail
Or you can preview the entire list of 2025 Meet-and-Greets at Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party. We’ll also have a little more on the spooky Storybook Circus overlay.
