Does the Mad Hatter have a regular character meet-and-greet at Walt Disney World?
Unfortunately, the Mad Hatter does not have a regular meet-and-greet at Walt Disney World. However, he participates in the Festival of Fantasy Parade. He is part of a walking unit with other rare characters like the Seven Dwarfs and Jiminy Cricket toward the end of the parade.
We’ve also run into him at a few surprise locations. However, these were just rare occurrences when we happened to be in the right place at the right time. For example, one afternoon, we saw him with Alice in the United Kingdom Pavilion. He likely was participating in character training to prepare for the upcoming Halloween Party season.
