Character Spotlight: Stitch from ‘Lilo and Stitch’ at Disney World
Stitch is the little blue alien that resembles a dog from the 2002 animated film Lilo & Stitch. Since the original film debuted, Stitch has captured guests’ hearts, young and old, and remains a relevant and exceptionally popular character at Walt Disney World.
Below, we’ve shared a few photos of Stitch from various locations, past and present. Stitch meets regularly at Magic Kingdom and is part of the Best Friends Breakfast at ‘Ohana. He also makes appearances (in special outfits) at a couple of extra-ticketed events throughout the year.

Does Stitch Have a Regular Character Meet at Disney World?
Stitch meets daily in Tomorrowland at Magic Kingdom near the Space Ranger Spin exit courtyard. The exact timing and location will be posted on the My Disney Experience app on the day of your visit.

How to Locate Characters in the My Disney Experience App
- Open the My Disney Experience app and select the pin drop at the bottom of the home screen.
- Scroll (left to right) through the icons at the top of the screen and select “Characters.”
- After selecting characters, use the locations drop down to select the park of your choice.
- Then, on the bottom right of the screen, select “Show List.”
- Scroll through the list of characters with their times and locations.
- As an alternative, you can use the map view to locate characters.
*As the day passes, you might notice that characters disappear from the app. When their last scheduled time passes, the meet-and-greet automatically disappears. A new schedule won’t be loaded until the following day. It is essential to check the app for meet-and-greets on the day of your visit.

Other Regular Locations:
- Stitch participates in the Best Friends Breakfast at Ohana at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort. This character meal will require a dining reservation.
- He is often part of the daily Adventure Friends Cavalcade at Magic Kingdom.
Seasonal:
- Stitch has a meet-and-greet at Jollywood Nights at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. He meets as Santa Stitch in Celebrity Spotlight near Echo Lake. (2024)
- Stitch meets in a tropical shirt at Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party in Tomorrowland. (2024)
- He meets at Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party as Rock ‘n’ Roll Stitch (Elvis). (2024)
- Stitch is a regular character at H20 Glow Nights at Typhoon Lagoon.

- Stitch met in his tropical shirt in the Enchanted Tiki Room at Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party. (2023)
- He was formerly part of the stage show, A Totally Tomorrowland Christmas, held on the Rockettower Plaza Stage at Magic Kingdom during Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party. (Last Performance: 2022)
- Years ago, he met at his former attraction, Stitch’s Great Escape, at Magic Kingdom. (2019)
- He was a regular character at Typhoon Lagoon who met near the gift shop. (circa 2019)
