Where to Meet Lady Tremaine and the Stepsisters at Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party

If you were to ask me who the worst Disney villain of all time is, Lady Tremaine would probably top my list. Mother is absolutely dreadful, and she, along with her daughters Anastasia and Drizella, might just be one of the best character meet-and-greets at Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party. Of course, the stepsisters meet daily at Magic Kingdom, and we’ve always considered them one of the more entertaining character opportunities. But to be able to meet Lady Tremaine (everyone calls her Mother) with her daughters is truly one for the record books. Here they are now.

We waited a considerable amount of time to meet them. The trio meets in an area along the Fantasyland Castle Wall near Pinocchio Village Haus. It’s a bit of an odd setup with so many guests walking through the area to visit the nearby restrooms. Cast members did, however, do an excellent job of keeping guests moving along. Given the spotlight on this location, you will have to deal with some shadows. It’s a bit awkward when someone stops to gawk at them, not realizing they are standing in front of an entire line of guests waiting to meet them.

I didn’t keep an exact time for this meet-and-greet because there were only about 5-7 parties ahead of me when I joined the line. We had stopped by earlier in the evening, and the character attendant told me that the stepsisters were meeting by themselves and that Lady Tremaine wouldn’t join them until later. To make a long story short, I ended up waiting about 30 minutes to meet them because each of the parties ahead of me spent a long time talking with the Tremaines. This is to be expected when you meet rare characters, and why so many of the meet-and-greets at the party take so long.

After a few pictures with the entire family, I asked Lady Tremaine if she would mind posing for a few solo photos. She obliged, and Anastasia and Drizella made a big to-do over the whole affair.
