Video: Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade (2025 Daytime Version)
Film crews were at Walt Disney World this weekend to record Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade for the ABC Christmas Day television special. We were at the Magic Kingdom on Saturday, November 8th, to see the parade and record a video for our readers. It’s truly a magical experience to be in the parks for this special, unannounced event. Celebrities Ginnifer Goodwin (the voice of Judy Hopps from Zootopia) and Alfonso Ribeiro (Carlton from The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air) were set center stage in front of the park’s Christmas Tree. If you tune into the ABC Christmas Day television special, you’ll be able to see them both hosting the parade. We were able to snap a quick photo of them.

We hope you enjoyed the video! In case you missed it, we also saw a special holiday Disney Villains pre-parade ahead of this performance. As a reminder, the Christmas parade is exclusive to Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party until the end of the party season. Then, it’s offered during the daytime after the last Christmas party through the first of the year. During that time, it takes the place of the Festival of Fantasy Parade.
