Where To Meet Pluto at Epcot (Near the International Gateway)
Update: Pluto has moved to a new meet-and-greet location at Epcot’s main entrance. This article has been moved to our character archives and left for historical reference. It details when Pluto met at this location during Epcot’s overhaul of the front of the park.
Pluto has moved locations at Epcot again! Formerly, Pluto met at the park’s entrance. Then, he was moved to the World Showcase Gazebo across from Disney Traders. But Asha from Disney’s new animated film Wish is meeting at that location. Then, Pluto relocated to the International Gateway area at Epcot.
Therefore, you’ll likely find him there if you’re visiting Pluto over the upcoming holidays. Unfortunately, his meet-and-greet has not been listed in the My Disney Experience lately. He’s become a hard-to-find character at Walt Disney World.
Below, we’ll review the details of Pluto’s character meet-and-greet at Epcot. We’ll discuss where to find him, preview his autograph, and I’ll share a few photos of his location.

Epcot’s International Gateway is the park’s back entrance. If you’re coming from this entrance, you’ll run into Pluto and possibly Daisy Duck if they’re out greeting guests. Here is a photo of where we found Pluto across from the World Traveler gift shop.

Since Pluto’s times weren’t listed in the My Disney Experience app on the day of this visit, I wasn’t sure if we would find him. But there he was as soon as we entered the park. The cast member attending the meet-and-greet said that Pluto would meet intermittently throughout the day from mid-morning until late afternoon.
Pluto is an autograph-signing character. He places the autograph book on his nose to sign it.

It’s always fun to see him!

Pluto’s signature includes a paw at the end. What a pal!

We only waited a few minutes to meet Pluto. However, we come through this area often, and it’s common to see long lines for the character meets. Daisy Duck meets in the same area. Minnie was meeting here, but she is meeting with Mickey in their Disney100 outfits at the time of this update.
Epcot will see significant changes in the coming months as the construction walls are removed. So, we expect another shuffle of characters in some locations.
We’ll update our articles as we encounter changes. But it is always good to check the My Disney Experience app on the day of your visit. If someone’s not listed, find a cast member wearing a blue shirt at another character’s meet and ask them for help. They work exclusively with characters and can usually help guests locate someone specific.

If you are in the area, stop by and see Pluto. He’s always full of energy.
