Disney World Restaurant Reviews (2026 Guide)
This guide provides an overview of the restaurants we’ve reviewed at Disney World.
Decisions, decisions! You’ll have plenty of decisions when planning a Walt Disney World vacation. One of those decisions is dining. Where will you eat? For a seven-day trip, that’s 21 meals to figure out if you do breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily. I don’t know about you, but we struggle to come up with a meal plan at home every week, and we all sit around with blank stares on the nights we decide to order takeout. No one wants to decide where we’re going to eat!
With these struggles in mind and the vast number of Walt Disney World restaurants, I compiled a list of our restaurant reviews. This guide is designed to help you learn from our experience. Each dining review contains photos of the food we’ve tried, thoughts on value, and other planning considerations.
However, with the nature of opinion pieces like restaurant reviews, it’s important to point out that our taste might vary significantly from yours. We do our best to consider value, pricing, and quality, but it’s possible you might not like a dish we enjoyed or vice versa. So keep your likes and dislikes at the forefront when reading our reviews.

Dining Reviews
To keep things simple, I’ve grouped our dining reviews by location. We’ll start with the four theme parks. You can select any highlighted wording to read the full review of our dining experiences and see photos of what we tried.
Magic Kingdom Dining Reviews
Magic Kingdom is a tough one, and it’s our least favorite park when it comes to dining. Our most recent dining reviews include a couple of pit stops for snacks. For example, we revisited the Adventureland Spring Roll Cart at Magic Kingdom to try the cheeseburger and pepperoni spring rolls. They were a tasty snack that served the purpose.
On another visit, we purchased Tiana’s Beignets and an order of sweet potato fries from Golden Oak Outpost. Honestly, the beignets were awful! You’ll do much better (beignet-wise) by making the trip to Port Orleans French Quarter to check out their delicious Mickey-shaped beignets. That said, don’t miss the Queso Fries at Pecos Bill, which sits across the walkway from Golden Oak Outpost. They are quite a tasty treat, and we include them in the review of Tiana’s Famous Beignets.

Queso Fries
If you’re looking for a winning quick-service lunch or dinner at Magic Kingdom, look no further than Gaston’s Tavern. You might even find me there. It’s truly the park’s saving grace when it comes to quick-service food. On our last visit, we tried the Ham and Gruyère sandwich and Crème Brûlée Croissant from Gaston’s Tavern. Both were incredible options and something that I would re-order again. For reference, we review food for a living, so something has to be really good if we say we would try it again.
As far as table-service dining goes, we have an older review of Skipper Canteen. I’ve had both great and mediocre at best meals at this restaurant. I hate to say that because we used to eat there a lot, and to be fair, it’s been almost 3 years since our last try. So it’s probably worth re-visiting on my end.
Fans of Beauty and the Beast might enjoy our Be Our Guest Review. We always have a good time here, but we really miss the former quick-service option that was offered at breakfast. If you’ve never dined here, it’s definitely worth seeing the Beast’s castle, but ultimately, we feel like it’s overpriced, and the menu is fairly restrictive.
We’ve done both lunch and breakfast at Crystal Palace in recent years. See our Crystal Palace Breakfast Review if you would like to learn more about dining with Winnie the Pooh characters. It’s a fun meal, and the restaurant is charming. Like most character meals, the food is okay (decent) but not anything to brag about.
A friend also invited me to Tony’s Town Square for lunch one afternoon. This dining experience surprised me in a good way. We’re not talking the best of the best here, but it was a decent meal. See our Tony’s Town Square Restaurant Review to learn more.

Epcot Dining Reviews
Epcot is a unique park when it comes to dining. With so many festivals offering food booths throughout the year, we don’t always dine here. Our favorite go to’s are Via Napoli and Regal Eagle Smokehouse. If someone says, let’s eat at Epcot, these options are going to be the top two places I have in mind. Both are affordable and have quality food. We have an older review of Via Napoli that could stand for better photos, but the menu items are still completely relevant. While the pizza here is really good, don’t hesitate to order an entree, an appetizer, or even dessert. Everything we’ve tried here has always been good.
Now, Regal Eagle is my go-to for a quick meal. Our Regal Eagle Smokehouse Review shares several things we’ve tried, including kids’ meals. I really enjoy the ability to try a couple of sides with my order. I also love that I can order a side of watermelon here. That’s a tasty and refreshing bite compared to most of the greasy theme park food that’s out there.
We also now have a review of GEO-82, the exclusive, adults-only Spaceship Earth-themed bar and lounge. It’s a wow-factor experience if you can get a reservation. Our review discusses our experiences and offers photos of the lounge and the food and beverages we tried.
We have a few older reviews that remain relevant:
- Connections Eatery Review (Counter Service, World Celebration)
- Takumi-Tei Review (Signature Dining, Japan Pavilion)
- La Creperie de Paris Review (Quick and Table Service, France Pavilion)
*Takumei Tei and Monsieur Paul are going to be your “treat-worthy” options at Epcot. Each restaurant offers a prix fixe menu with multiple courses. Make sure you allow for plenty of time at either restaurant.

Hollywood Studios Dining Reviews
We enjoy dining at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. We’ve had lunch a couple of times at Roundup Rodeo BBQ in Toy Story Land since it opened. It’s a fun meal with decent food that’s perfect for fans. See our Roundup Rodeo BBQ Review for details.
But I’ll be honest. We eat at the Brown Derby or the Brown Derby Lounge just about more than we eat anywhere else at Disney World. The food is always so good, and we love the classic vibe of old Hollywood. See our older Disney Hollywood Brown Derby Review for an idea of dining at the signature restaurant. You might also like our Hollywood Brown Derby Lounge Review for a casual walk-up experience outside.
We also tried out Hollywood and Vine to provide a review of Minnie’s Halloween Dine. This was a fun experience that we enjoyed a lot more than I expected in advance. The characters change outfits for each season, so you’ll get a unique experience, depending on when you visit.
We also have stopped in Oga’s Cantina from time to time. See our Oga’s Cantina Review for more details. While I don’t have a recent review (and it’s terribly hard to photograph), we really like Sci Fi Dine In Theater for a burger and fries type of meal. You can’t go wrong with a snack or beverage from Baseline Tap House, and who doesn’t love a Ronto Wrap from Ronto Roasters? (Bonus points if you purchase one and enjoy it while you’re waiting for Fantasmic!)

Animal Kingdom Dining Reviews
Animal Kingdom, for us, is the best park when it comes to dining, with Hollywood Studios being a close second. We struggle when it comes to dining here because there are so many good options. One of our most recent stops was at Tiffins to review their signature burger prix fixe meal. It was delicious and came with a decadent dessert!
Of course, I am always good for a fried rice from Yak and Yeti. See our Yak and Yeti Local Food Cafe Review for an overview of their menu and other things we’ve tried. Or you might prefer our review of the table service version of Yak and Yeti, which has always been a wonderful experience.
Here are a few other options you might enjoy. You can’t go wrong with anything you decide, which should make the decision easy, but actually makes it more difficult.

- Satu’li Canteen Review (Quick Service, Pandora, World of Avatar)
- Nomad Lounge Review (Lounge, Walk Ups, Discovery Island)
