Laundry Facilities at Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort

Whether you’re doing a quick load before heading home or freshening up your clothes mid-vacation, it helps to know where to find the laundry facilities at Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort. Below, this guide will cover the laundromat locations across the resort, hours, payment methods, and a few helpful tips to make the process easy during your stay.

Like most of the resorts at Disney World, both laundry rooms at All-Star Movies are located near the pool areas. The first laundromat is adjacent to the Fantasia Pool. If you’re standing in front of Cinema Hall (the lobby area) facing the pool, this laundry area is on the left-hand side of the pool. It’s inside a blue building that looks like an iceberg.

If you’re staying in Fantasia, Love Bug, or Toy Story, you’ll want to use this laundry room. It’s closest to buildings 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10.

Here is a look inside the laundry area. Both of the laundry rooms at Disney’s All-Star Movies are identical. The back wall is lined with dryers, while multiple washing machines are positioned on the left and right sides of the room. A folding table centers the middle.

Each laundry room has a vending machine that dispenses detergent. The price is approximately $1.00 per box. Make sure to read the back of the package before you add it to the machine. Each box is usually good for at least two loads.

The resorts previously used a service called Laundry View. However, on our last stay, we noticed that the laundry service had been changed to My CSCGO. This service requires that guests scan a QR code with their mobile device and then use a credit or debit card to pay for each load. If you have more than one load, I recommend downloading the app. It allows you to save your payment information so you don’t have to enter it for each load.

After downloading the app, you can use it to check the status of your laundry while it’s washing or drying. If you visit Disney often, you can use the app to ensure machines are available before visiting the laundromat.

A couple of vending machines are available in both resort laundry rooms. I always like to mention these in case you need a snack or a soda and don’t want to walk to the lobby.

The other laundromat at All-Star Movies Resort is next to the Duck Pond Pool in the Mighty Ducks section.

Again, it’s identical to the laundry room at the feature pool. Guests staying in Mighty Ducks or 101 Dalmations, buildings 1, 2, 3, and 4, will be closest to this laundry area. However, if you’re staying on the Cinema Hall side of buildings 1 or 4, you might be a little closer to the laundry area at the Fantasia Pool. We always take our laundry to whatever pool we’re visiting. Or we’ll spend time at the quiet pool until the laundry is finished, then move over to the feature pool.
