Photos: Halloween Decorations at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort Campsites in 2025
Every year, guests of Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground go all out in a competition to be the best-dressed campsite for Halloween. Throughout each loop, you’ll find anything from subtle Halloween decor to the entire inflatable department from the nearest Spirit Halloween. Some sites are family-friendly while others feature clowns. I can promise that you’ll find lots of Hitchhiking Ghosts, Mickey and Minnie Mouse in a variety of costumes, and Jack Skellington galore.
This year, some of the standouts were a miniature Halloween village, a saloon full of skeletons, and a pirate display that looked more fun than a round of drinks at the Beak and Barrel. Below, I’ve created a photo post sharing many of the campsites that we saw today.
Unfortunately, with so many campsites decorated or in the process of being decorated, we were unable to see and photograph everything. Most of the campsites we saw were in the 100-600 loops, the 1600-1900 loops (the clover), and a few from the 2000 loop. To put that into perspective, we arrived at the campground at a little after 11:00 a.m. and didn’t leave until after 3:00 p.m. The majority of that time was spent on foot walking from campsite to campsite. So we hope no one will be upset if they didn’t make the blog. We would have loved to share every single one, but it just wasn’t possible.
I would also like to thank everyone who helped me along the way today. We met a lot of wonderful campers and cast members who kept us going in the right direction! Now, let’s take a look at the Halloween-themed campsites for this year!

Don’t forget to look up!

The Headless Horseman and Miguel from Coco inflatables were fairly unique.

I was told there was a real organist at one of the campsites toward the evening.

The duckies were a hit!

I could not imagine a better place to trick-or-treat for Halloween. These are some lucky campers.

Life goals.

Now and then, you come across a campsite that looks like the set of a movie.

This one had a pin-trading board.

Yes, Darth Vader is holding a Death Star carved pumpkin. That’s not something you see every day.

This next site has created so many rooms from the Haunted Mansion!

Here is another fairly unique inflatable from The Nightmare Before Christmas.

This was one cool scarecrow.

This family loved skeletons…..and Snow White.

Here are Mickey and Minnie Mouse in oversized skeleton forms.

We’re getting into scary territory. I must admit that you wouldn’t catch me at a Haunted House outside of the Haunted Mansion. My friends go to Horror Nights every year, and I always stay behind….where it’s safe and really not so scary.

These skeletons are very noticeable.

The competition is fierce down at the clover.

When you turn into one of the loops, it’s like you’ve arrived at Halloween Town.

Scary.

Enter if you dare.

These stabby Michael Myers were kind of cute?

The Dead Flamingo tiki bar was definitely a standout.

My personal favorite display was this one from Pirates of the Caribbean. Yo ho, yo ho, a pirate’s life for me!

This next “Show Me Your Jugs” was the 2024 winner.

I imagine they look even better at night.

I was beginning to wonder if I would find a Hello Kitty.

Here is Bluey and her family.

This one did make me jump.

Okay, the owner was working on this display when we stopped. I can’t imagine the work that went into setting all of this up!

The saloon was one of the most-mentioned displays we heard about from other campers today. If someone hadn’t told us about it, we probably wouldn’t have ever made it down to the 2000 loop.

Wow. Again, this was only a sampling of the campsites that are decorated in 2025. We hope you enjoyed the photos as much as we enjoyed taking them. Also, thank you to all the guests who made this possible. Your time and effort are appreciated so much more than you probably know.
