Conch Flats General Store at Disney’s Old Key West Resort

Conch Flats General Store is the gift shop at Disney’s Old Key West Resort. It’s across the walkway from the Hospitality House lobby, the resort’s central hub. A separate entrance is available that faces the Hospitality House bus stop.

The gift shop carries a variety of items, including resort-branded merchandise, souvenirs, sundries, and a selection of groceries. Below, we’ve provided an overview of what you’ll typically find at Conch Flats General Store. We’ve also linked to our most recent merchandise report so you can preview photos of the items. This gift shop is open most days from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. You can check the exact hours in the My Disney Experience app during your visit. The shop might open or close earlier based on the time of year.

🛍️ What You’ll Find at Conch Flats General Store

Most of the resort gift shops carry similar staple items and are enhanced by resort-specific merchandise and other trendy items. Here’s what to expect:

Apparel

This gift shop often has a reasonable selection of men’s, women’s, and children’s apparel. It is common for the store to have a few options with the Old Key West logo. You’ll also likely find the latest Disney Vacation Club-branded apparel since it’s a DVC Resort. If you’re looking for a larger selection of clothing, you’ll have the advantage of being close to Disney Springs. There, you’ll find an abundance of stores ranging from Disney fashions to popular everyday brands you’d find at similar shopping areas. You can take a water taxi or bus from the resort to Disney Springs.

Souvenirs and Resort-Branded Merchandise

Conch Flats General is a smaller shop, but that doesn’t mean it has any less merchandise than other resort gift shops. The shop tends to have items for the home, resort-branded souvenirs, and other mementos. On our last visit, we found themed ears, ornaments, magnets, mugs, and tumblers, among other items. Pantry and Grocery Items

Since Old Key West is a Disney Vacation Club Resort, all of the units have a kitchenette at a minimum. One-bedroom and larger units have full-size kitchens. This means you’ll find more grocery items in the gift shop. Here are a few grocery items that are typically available:

• Individual bottled Water, Soft Drinks, Juice, etc.
• Wine and Beer (available to guests 21+)
• Packaged Snacks (Chips, Granola Bars, Crackers, Cereal)
• Bread (Loaf Bread, Donuts, Pastries)
• Disney-branded Candy
• Refrigerated items (Milk, Juice, Yogurt, Sandwich Meat)
• Microwavable Meals, Peanut Butter, Frozen Waffles, Frozen Pizza

If you need something that’s not pictured, always ask a cast member about availability. Most of the resorts have items that are not on display, such as gallon jugs of sterilized water for sleeping machines.

Throughout the year, features limited-time items related to:

• Holidays (Halloween, Christmas, etc.)
• The latest special collections, trends, or collaborations.
