A Photo Walk Around Disney’s Old Key West After the Rain
If you’ve been following along, we’ve recently shared a few updates for Disney’s Old Key West, including a visit to Hospitality House that discusses what you might want to see or do on a resort hop. While sorting through the photos, I realized I had a few extras from a walk I took a few months back.
These photos mainly share the “other” side of Old Key West and its unique beauty. I just happened to walk to the resort from Disney Springs one afternoon after a rain shower had passed. Since the walking path from Disney Springs dead-ends at South Point Road, I had to cross the entire resort to reach Hospitality House. I could have taken a bus, but it had turned out to be a fairly pleasant evening with the rain having cooled things off.
Anyway, if you want an idea of what to expect at Disney’s Old Key West outside of Hospitality House, these photos show some of the resort’s buildings and grounds, along with a few extras. It was one of those days when it was almost too cloudy and dull for photos. So it was a nice surprise when the sun reappeared, casting its pretty rays on the serene setting.
