Annual Passholders Subject to Park Reservations at Magic Kingdom For Disney Starlight

As you probably already know, Disney announced the July 20th debut of Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away. This morning, Disney provided an update that annual passholders would be required to make park reservations for Magic Kingdom, starting July 20, 2025. Disney has stated that, due to anticipated high demand, annual passholders visiting Magic Kingdom Park at any time of day (including after 2:00 p.m.) must have a theme park reservation.
These rules will only apply to the Magic Kingdom. If you’re a passholder, you can continue to enter EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom theme park after 2:00 p.m. without a theme park reservation. Per Disney, theme park reservations are limited and subject to availability. As always, reservation requirements are subject to change, and all applicable blockout dates remain in effect.
