Dates Announced for the 2025 Holiday Season at Walt Disney World
The holiday season will return to Walt Disney World in 2025 from November 14 through December 31st. Guests expect Christmas decor, themed food and beverages, characters wearing festive outfits, holiday entertainment, seasonal merchandise, and so much more!

Highlights of What to Expect
This year’s holiday will feature returning celebrations to all four theme parks, the Disney Resort Hotels, and Disney Springs. A few highlights include the return of Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party (dates to be announced) to Magic Kingdom, along with a Frozen Holiday Surprise (a castle stage show featuring Anna and Elsa from Frozen). The world-famous Jingle Cruise will also be part of this year’s festivities.
At Epcot, guests can expect the return of the International Festival of the Holidays (dates available here). Guests can explore the park while learning about holiday traditions from around the world from Holiday Storytellers in most of the World Showcase countries. The popular Candlelight Processional returns for the festival. You’ll also be able to take a spin on Living With the Land as the Glimmering Greenhouses return this year.
While visiting Disney’s Hollywood Studios, you can take in all the vintage decorations and catch multiple showings of Sunset Seasons Greetings, a projection show displayed on the Hollywood Tower Hotel. For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along will also offer its special ending featuring Olaf during the holiday season. You might even see favorite Toy Story Characters dressed in holiday attire!
The Merry Menagerie will return to Disney’s Animal Kingdom for the holiday season. You can also take in a viewing of a special holiday version of the Tree of Life Awakenings show.

At Disney Springs, you can shop for holiday merchandise, take a stroll through falling faux snow in the evening, and participate in the returning Christmas Tree Stroll. Adventurers will also be happy to note that Jock Lindsey’s Holiday Bar will return for the holiday season.
Santa Claus will have meet-and-greets at all four theme parks and Disney Springs this holiday season. He will meet through December 24, 2025.
Guests can also expect holiday decorations and gingerbread displays at select Disney Resort Hotels. Reminder, the Grand Floridian gingerbread display will not be available in 2025 due to lobby construction at the hotel.
Again, these are just a few highlights for the holidays that were announced this morning! Make sure to check back soon, we’ll be as busy as elves, working to put together everything you need to know for the upcoming season!
