Disney World Resorts with Water Slides (The Complete List)

If having a water slide at the pool is a priority, it’s important to know that not every Walt Disney World Resort offers one. While all Disney resorts have themed pools, only Moderate and Deluxe Resorts feature water slides at their main pool areas. Disney’s Value Resorts do not have water slides.

In total, 17 Walt Disney World Resorts have water slides. These slides range from smaller, family-friendly options to longer, more immersive themed experiences.

Below, you’ll find a complete list of every Disney World Resort with a water slide. We preview photos and share key details about each pool area so you can compare your options and determine which resort works best. So grab your favorite poolside refreshment and pretend you’re already sitting in the Florida sunshine. Imagine relaxing by the pool while the kids are thoroughly entertained. Hotel Pools with Water Slides at Disney World

Here is the list of resorts at Disney World that have pools with water slides.

Water Slide at Disney’s Grand Floridian

Grand Floridian’s Beach Pool features an 181′ long water slide. You’ll climb a staircase to access the top of this slide that mimics a natural spring. This is a fun slide that’s fairly mild and a lot of fun for most ages.

The Alice in Wonderland aquatic play area is in a separately fenced area adjacent to the pool and has a miniature water slide. This area is designed for children aged 12 years and younger. For more details, we have an article discussing the pools at Disney’s Grand Floridian.

Water Slide at Disney’s Polynesian

Next, Disney’s Polynesian has a unique slide at the Lava Pool. This waterslide is 142′ long. You’ll have to climb a staircase to the top of the volcano to access the slide.

This slide is relatively popular and weaves through the rock formation before splashing into the pool. It goes under a small footbridge on the way down.

Water Slide at Disney’s Contemporary

The Feature Pool water slide at Disney’s Contemporary Resort is simple, with minimal twists and turns. It’s also perfect for younger children since it’s only 17′.

Here is a look at the water slide from the platform’s top.

Water Slide at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge

Disney’s Wilderness Lodge has a 67′ waterslide at the Copper Creek Springs Pool. This kid-friendly slide doesn’t require climbing too many stairs to reach the top. You can tell from the picture below that this slide has a mild slope.

Water Slide at Disney’s Fort Wilderness

Disney’s Fort Wilderness has a water slide at the Meadow Pool. It resembles an old silo with the slide circling down from the top.

This pool also has an aquatic play area with two miniature slides for the little ones.

Water Slide at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge

Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge also has a kid-friendly water slide that’s 67′ long. You’ll find this slide at the Uzima Springs Pool at Jambo House.

Water Slide at Kidani Village

If you’re looking for a more thrilling slide, you might enjoy the one at the Samawati Springs Pool at Kidani Village. We consider this 128′ waterslide to be one of the best pool slides at Disney World. You’ll have to walk up to the top of the recreation area to access the slide entrance. So, the entrance is a little further away than most.

Here is where the slide exits.

This pool has a miniature slide toward the center of the pool.

Additionally, a small tunnel slide is available in the splash pad area.

Water Slide at Disney’s Boardwalk

Disney’s Boardwalk Inn has one of Disney’s most incredible water slides, the Keister Coaster. This water slide at the Luna Park Pool is designed to look like a classic wooden roller coaster! It’s 200′ in length!

Children love this waterslide, and we consider this entire pool area exceptionally child-friendly. But it’s important to note that you’ll have to climb a good number of stairs to reach the top. We have a separate article that discusses the pools at Disney’s Boardwalk.

When your children see this slide, they probably won’t want to go to the parks! Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

Water Slide at Disney’s Beach at Yacht Club

Perhaps the best water slide among the Disney Resorts is the Flying Jib at Disney’s Beach Club. It comes in at a whopping 230′ long. This slide shoots out from the shipwreck at the Beach Club, crosses the walkway, and dumps guests back out in Stormalong Bay. To access the slide, you exit the pool area and cross the walkway to the ship. From there, you’ll climb a spiral staircase up to the top.

Get ready for the ride of your life! Parents, this slide is a lot of fun. However, it’s much faster than you probably anticipate.

If you have time, check out the shipwreck pool along the beach area. You might be surprised to find that it has a secondary kiddie pool with a mini water slide. I would be willing to bet that most resort guests have no clue that this hidden pool exists.

Water Slide at Disney’s Swan and Dolphin

Disney’s Swan and Dolphin sit next door to Disney’s Beach and Yacht Club. This resort is on Disney property but is owned and operated by Marriott. It also ranks high on our list of pools with its incredible Grotto Pool, which has a fun, family-friendly water slide.

Parents, this pool’s setup makes it easy for you to stay in the water and wait for your children at the bottom of the slide. Everything is in plain sight except the very top of the slide entry. You can learn more about the pools at Disney’s Swan and Dolphin in our guide.

Water Slide at Disney’s Caribbean Beach

Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort is home to two waterslides at the Fuentes del Morro Pool. This pool has a 102′ feature slide that sits at the top of the lookout tower. You’ll climb an interior spiral staircase to reach the top.

Most of this slide goes through a tunnel, so you can’t see it from the outside.

Water Slide at Disney’s Riviera Resort

Next door to Caribbean Beach is Disney’s Riviera Resort. The Riviera has a beautiful feature pool with a fun water slide inside a tower. To reach the top of the slide, you’ll have to climb a spiral staircase inside the tower.

At the top, there is a platform with traffic light control. When the light turns green, it’s your turn. The cool thing about this water slide is that it wraps around the tower you just climbed. What kid doesn’t love a twisty slide? We love the pools at Disney’s Riviera Resort.

Riviera also has an aquatic play area called the S’il Vous Play, which is themed to Fantasia. This children’s area has a smaller twisty slide that mimics the larger one!

Water Slide at Disney’s Coronado Springs

Our next stop is Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, where we will check out the Jaguar Slide! This slide is part of the Lost City of Cibola Pool at The Dig Site.

Coronado Springs has a pretty unique pool area that sits at the foot of a giant faux Mayan pyramid! The Jaguar slide is 123 feet long, and the staircase to access it is on the far side of the pyramid! Learn more about the Pools at Disney’s Coronado Springs.

Water Slide at Port Orleans French Quarter Resort

Perhaps one of the coolest resort water slides is at Port Orleans French Quarter. This gentle slide is shaped like a sea serpent and even has a name: Scales!

The French Quarter has one of the most vibrant aquatic play areas for kids near the back of the Doubloon Lagoon Pool. It has two miniature slides for younger children to enjoy.

Waterslide at Port Orleans Riverside Resort

Next door at Port Orleans Riverside, a water slide is available at the Ol’ Man Island pool area. This slide has a staircase that leads to the top.

The water slide is 95 feet long, and the pool depth at the bottom of the slide is 3.5 feet, which is pretty average for most slide exits. Like the other resorts, we have a separate pool guide for Port Orleans Riverside.

Water Slide at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort

Since Saratoga Springs is such a large resort, it has two feature pools with water slides. Here is a look at the slide at The Paddock Pool.

This slide has wide loops.

An aquatic play area with two slides is available at the Paddock Pool.

The High Rock Springs Pool is also home to a water slide. This pool area is in the Springs section of the resort near the lobby. This slide has a large curve on the way down before exiting to the pool.

Water Slide at Disney’s Old Key West

Lastly, those planning a stay at Old Key West are in for a treat. The water slide is inside a faux sandcastle! You’ll twist and turn down this fun slide before dropping into the Sand Castle Pool.
