Walt Disney World has announced that the lobby area of Fort Wilderness will undergo renovations from early October to early November. The resort’s lobby is located at The Outpost, which is considered the resort’s main entrance. The Outpost is also home to the resort’s primary parking lot and bus station. Here is the official announcement from the Walt Disney World website regarding the lobby work.

Fort Wilderness is also undergoing extensive construction in an area adjacent to the Meadow Pool area. A new pool is currently being added to the resort. That announcement is available here: Pool Expansion Coming to Fort Wilderness.
