Halloween Step-in Photo Frames at Magic Kingdom Feature Vintage Classics and Monsters, Inc.
If you love a good photo op, you’ll want to check out the step-in photo frames at Magic Kingdom this Halloween season. These three boxes return from previous years and are available to anyone looking for a fun photo opportunity. Below, we’ll preview each of these options and their location!
We’ll start with The Legend of Sleepy Hollow. This photo frame is on the right side of Cinderella Castle near the walkway leading to the Tomorrowland Terrace. It features the headless horseman and a flaming jack-o’-lantern. It’s quite the popular photo op. Underneath the title, a line reads “Beware, Take Care, He Rides Alone!”

A few steps further into Tomorrowland, we find a Disney-Pixar Monsters, Inc. step-in frame. This photo op is under an overhang across the walkway from the entrance of Monsters, Inc. Laugh Floor.

It’s a fun look. Sulley and Mike appear terrified at what they find behind the doors.

In Adventureland, we saw a 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea photo box. This one appears as though you’ve been entrapped by a monster of the deep.

If you’re a fan of unique photo ops, you might like to step in and have your picture made. During our regular visits, we’ve seen several guests taking photos with their personal devices. We’ve also seen PhotoPass photographers available during Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party. So you may or may not run into a photographer at these locations during regular park hours.
