Preview Rooms with Layouts for Universal Orlando’s Helios Hotel by Loews
Universal Orlando has released new concept art and floor plans for the room types at their new Helios Hotel by Loews, which is on track to open in 2025. The hotel will offer standard rooms with a king or two queen-size beds, club-level accommodations, and a variety of suites. Below, we’ll preview floor plans for all the rooms and a few of the hotel’s benefits.

Standard Rooms
Below we have the layout of the standard guest room with two queen beds. Per Universal:
Two Queen-Size Beds (Standard)
Tastefully highlighted in hues of blue and purple, the guest rooms of Universal Helios Grand Hotel evoke the tranquility of a blissful garden, with impressionistic depictions of flowers adorning the headboard. With two queen-size beds and a two-compartment, three-fixture bathroom, there’s plenty of space in this 325 square foot room for five guests (with a rollaway bed).

Two Queen-Size Beds (Deluxe)
You’ve never been this close to a theme park—you’re practically staying in it. This 415-square-foot room accommodates up to five guests. It has two queen-sized beds, a common area featuring a small sleeper sofa, and a two-compartment, three-fixture bathroom.

King-Size Bed (Standard)
With one king-size bed and a two-compartment, three-fixture bathroom, the 340 square foot King Room will accommodate up to four guests (with a rollaway bed).

Club Level Rooms
The Helios Hotel will have a club level with exclusive extras that guests can enjoy during their stay. Club level guests will receive access to a private lounge offering a continental breakfast, evening hors d’oeuvres, and additional concierge service.
Standard Club Level
With two queen-size beds and a two-compartment, three-fixture bathroom, there’s plenty of space in this 325 square foot room for five guests (with a rollaway bed).

Club Deluxe Two Queens Layout
You’ve never been this close to a theme park—you’re practically staying in it. This 415-square-foot room accommodates up to five guests. It has two queen-sized beds, a common area featuring a small sleeper sofa, and a two-compartment, three-fixture bathroom.

Suites
Universal Orlando Resort’s Helios Hotel will offer a variety of suites. We’ll preview each one below.
How To Train Your Dragon Kids’ Suite
Perfect for a family that wants a little privacy, wants to stretch out, or is ready to entertain, these suites will accommodate up to four guests (with a rollaway bed). A delightful 545 square foot room that features a separate kids’ room with two twin beds that’s themed in heartwarming and imaginative How to Train Your Dragon décor.

King Suite
Perfect for a family that wants a little privacy, this 495 square foot room features a king-size bed for the adults in a private room. The common area features a small sleeper sofa, a 55” flat panel TV, and a microwave. A two-compartment, four-fixture bathroom gives ample space for everyone to get ready in the morning.

Celestial Suite
Here we have the floor plan layout for the Celestial Suite.
The Celestial Suite allows your party to stretch out. In this 740 square foot suite, there’s a king-size bed in a private bedroom and a separate common area equipped with a sectional sleeper sofa. There’s also a two-compartment, four-fixture powder bath, microwave, small refrigerator, and a dining table. It’s your perfect base for epic adventures.

Hospitality Suite
This suite has a private bedroom with a king-size bed and a common area to host a small gathering. This 1200 square foot suite also features a two-compartment, four-fixture bathroom, and sleeps up to four guests (with a rollaway bed).

Presidential Suite
When you want the ultimate in comfort, this 1500 square foot suite delivers. Plus, outside your window is Universal Epic Universe. In addition to a private bedroom with a king-size bed and a large common area.

What Else Do We Know About the Hotel Rooms?
This new hotel within walking distance of Universal’s Epic Universe theme park (opening in 2025) will offer 500 guest rooms and 35 suites. Most guest rooms will be standard rooms with two queen-size beds. Per Universal:
All the guest rooms at Universal Helios Grand Hotel will have tablets for guests to digitally control elements of the room (drapes, lights, thermostat, and room service). They will also have the standard partition between the bathroom and vanity area, so multiple people can get ready for their theme park day at once.
