All-Star Sports to Other Popular Destinations
You might also want to visit other popular locations, like the resort hotels, during your vacation. Most of these destinations require a transfer. Here are our suggestions for using complimentary transportation to get to these locations:
Monorail Resorts (Grand Floridian, Polynesian Village, and Disney’s Contemporary Resorts): Take a bus to Magic Kingdom. Board the resort monorail outside the park’s entrance to any of these resorts.
Epcot Resorts (Beach Club, Yacht Club, BoardWalk, and Swan and Dolphin Resorts): Take a bus to Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Then, boat or walk to these resorts.
Skyliner Resorts (Riviera, Caribbean Beach, Art of Animation, and Pop Century): Take a bus to Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Then, take the Skyliner to any of these resorts.
Disney’s Wilderness Lodge or Fort Wilderness: Take a bus to Magic Kingdom. Then, boat or bus to Wilderness Lodge or Fort Wilderness.
Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge: Take a bus to Disney’s Animal Kingdom park. Then, board the bus to Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge.
Other Disney Springs Resorts (Saratoga Springs, Port Orleans Riverside, Port Orleans French Quarter ): Take a bus to Disney Springs and board a bus to any of these resorts. As an alternative, you can take a water taxi from Disney Springs to these resorts.
Things You Need to Know
Transportation at Disney World is subject to availability and operating hours. For example, taking a bus from a theme park to a resort earlier in the day can be challenging. In the morning, the priority is getting guests to the park. So, if a bus transfer is required before 10:00 a.m., we usually take a car service for breakfast reservations.
It’s also important to note that some routes we’ve shared offer alternative options. For example, if you’re visiting Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, you might prefer to take a bus to Disney’s Hollywood Studios and then take a bus directly to the hotel. We’ve tried to share the most straightforward ways.
To help, we’ve created a free PDF pocket guide with this information. It is designed to provide a quick reference during your vacation. You can print a copy or save it to your mobile device. Sign up below to receive a copy.
