New Monorail-Themed Minnie Ears Added to Disney’s Contemporary Resort Merchandise Collection
On a recent visit to Disney’s Contemporary Resort, a new pair of Minnie Ears caught our eye. These new ears are themed to the monorail running through the resort! You may recall that we previously shared a photo post of the resort-branded merchandise that debuted a few months ago. At the time, however, these Minnie Ears were not part of the lineup—they cost $36.99. We found them inside the resort’s gift shop, Bayview Gifts.
The new pair of ears features the Contemporary Resort on the left side and the phrase “Here Comes the Monorail” on the right side. Monorail Red sits in the center of the ears. The monorail piece is actually on a slider that you can adjust to move back and forth, as though it were traveling through the Contemporary.
The opposite side features the resort’s logo in gold on the left side and hidden Mickey’s embedded in the navy blue print on the right side. It’s the perfect addition to the Mickey’s, Monorail, and Sunshine collection.
