Photos: Character Autograph Tumbler at Disney World
If you’re as much a fan of meeting characters as we are, you’re going to love this Disney Character autograph tumbler. We recently found it on display as a new arrival at Discovery Island Trading Company at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. After doing a little research, it appears to have debuted earlier this year and was only recently restocked. I would imagine it’s quite the popular item given all the rage over tumblers and the fact that it’s covered in character signatures!
The tumbler has a solid white backdrop with a Fantasyland Castle icon centered on the front. The rest of the tumbler is covered in character autographs. The autographs are in purple, green, pink, blue, red, orange, and yellow. The lid is a pretty Cornflower blue that features a handle.
It’s really a charming souvenir for character fans. I spent some time looking at the signatures and found some pretty obscure character names. I also loved that all the main characters from my childhood favorite, Peter Pan, were featured: Peter Pan, Tinkerbell, John, Wendy, and Michael Darling.
A few other fun finds were Miss Bianca, Marie, and even Figment! Robin Hood’s signature with the arrow through his name also stood out.
If you have a character fan in your life, this might make for a fun holiday or birthday surprise. It would also definitely work for unbirthdays! As a reminder, this style of tumbler is designed for cold beverages and must be hand-washed. Most gift shops at Disney World have a decent selection of tumblers, so keep an eye out for it during your next visit.
