Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge Merchandise Report (January 2026)
On a recent visit to Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge, we stopped in Zawadi Marketplace at Jambo House and Johari Treasures at Kidani Village to browse the merchandise. We found a decent selection of resort-branded items and took a few photos to share with you.
As always, we like to caution that the items pictured below may or may not be available during your visit. Some of the resort-branded items are available for a long time, while others disappear more quickly. Additionally, items go in and out of stock all the time. These posts are intended for fun and to make resort fans aware of what might be available on a future visit. Let’s take a look.
Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge T-Shirt ($34.99)
Here we have an olive-colored t-shirt with the resort’s logo.

Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge Tan Polo Shirt ($49.99)
A partial button-up polo-style shirt was also available.

Animal Kingdom Lodge Button Up Collar Shirt ($59.99)
This full button-up shirt has a fun print with oranges, yellows, reds, and browns. It features the hotel’s logo with various other blocks representing Disney and Africa.

Animal Kingdom Lodge Zip-Up Pullover
Next, we have a partial zip-up pullover in white with the resort’s logo in olive green. To me, this looked like something that would keep you warm during the cold bursts of winter that happen from time to time in central Florida. It has extra protection for the neck and pockets to help keep the cold air off your hands.

Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge Mug ($19.99)
Here we have a mug that I had not seen before. It has the resort’s logo on one side.

Then, in the middle, it has the shape of a Mickey Mouse with a sunshine. You know I love a good two-for-one.

The opposite side features Mickey and Minnie Mouse silhouettes over the word “Jambo,” which means “hello” in Swahili. If you’ve ever been to Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge, you’ve likely been greeted with a jambo.

Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge Tumbler ($34.99)
This newer collection has a Tervis Tumbler. It features the resort’s logo on a block print.

The opposite side features the same print and the Tervis logo.

Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge Magnet
I also saw a new Animal Kingdom Lodge magnet. It’s a pretty design, but in my opinion, it’s not nearly as pretty as the previous version.

If you would like to compare, here is a photo of the former magnet. I purchased it back in 2023, and it’s one of my favorite resort souvenirs.

We also found a new ear headband with the Animal Kingdom Lodge logo. This was part of a Disney Parks Loungefly collection.

Here is the back of the ears.

Speaking of Loungefly, we saw this oversized backpack with the resort’s logo. (It’s very similar to the one at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge.)

A new style of ornament is also part of the collection. It looks like a wooden barrel or drum and features the resort’s logo written in gold on the back side.

The opposite side features Mickey Mouse, who I assume is on safari.

Wrapping things up, this newer resort towel caught my eye. I meant to go back and get a better photo of it before we left, but that didn’t happen.

We also saw a few pieces of resort-branded merchandise featuring Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas. The villas are part of the Disney Vacation Club. For reference, Kidani Village is a stand-alone DVC Resort, and Jambo House (the main lodge) offers some villas in addition to regular rooms. I don’t really recall ever seeing anything at this resort with the specific “villas” logo.

We saw a zip-up jacket and a red t-shirt (pictured above). Then, this long-sleeve Animal Kingdom Villas crew neck sweater (below). I really liked the zebra logo, but was a little unsure about the quality of the fabric. It might have been fine, but it felt a little thin.

They also had these grey sweatpants, which are reminiscent of the sweatpants we’ve seen at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort.

Last but not least, we saw an Animal Kingdom Villas logo mug with the DVC handle.

Again, most of these items were available at both Jambo House and Kidani Village. If you cannot find an item at one location, you can walk or take the resort shuttle to the other resort to check availability. We have an overview of how to get between Jambo House and Kidani Village, should you wish to learn more.
We’ll have a few more resort merchandise reports in the coming weeks. To preview them all, see our merchandise guide:

Ooh I like a lot of it! AKL is my home resort, so I’m going to be very tempted next time I’m there 😉
