Disney’s Hollywood Studios Christmas Guide
Disney’s Hollywood Studios is one of our favorite parks when it comes to Christmas. If you’re visiting the park over the holiday season, you’re in for a treat! This guide offers a look at new and returning holiday offerings for the park. We’ll discuss everything from holiday decorations to seasonal treats. Then, you can decide what items deserve a spot in your holiday plans. You can also use this guide as a starting reference for planning next year’s trip.
It’s important to note that this is a living guide that we continually update as items are announced or confirmed for the upcoming holiday season. Walt Disney World first began announcing details for the 2026 holiday season on June 24th. We’ve updated as much as we know so far, but remember to check back. There will be many announcements and schedule changes leading up to the holiday. As an example, our last major update to last year’s guide was about a week before the holiday, when extra showtimes were scheduled for Fantasmic!

Holiday Offerings at Disney’s Hollywood Studios
For reference, Walt Disney World has announced that the 2026 holiday season will officially start on November 13th and last through January 6th. Here are the major holiday offerings at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
- Sunset Seasons Greetings
- Special Ending for A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration
- Toy Story Characters Wear Holiday Attire
- Minnie’s Holiday Dine (Extra Cost)
- Seasonal Entertainment
- Holiday Installation at Walt Disney Presents
- Santa Meet-and-Greet
- Specialty Food and Treats
- Vintage Holiday Decorations
We do not cover Jollywood Nights exclusively in this guide because it is a separately ticketed event held at Disney’s Hollywood Studios on select evenings between November and December.

Sunset Seasons Greetings
During the holiday season, Sunset Seasons Greetings is offered each evening. Grab a spot anywhere along Sunset Boulevard and watch as the Hollywood Tower Hotel comes to life with dazzling holiday projections. You’ll even experience a little Florida snowfall, commonly called “snoap” (snow+soap). The projections transform the tower into a Muppets gingerbread masterpiece, a “Toy Story” toy hotel, a snowy corner of Arendelle, and a Dickensian village from “Mickey’s Christmas Carol.” Showtimes are usually offered nightly between 6:00 p.m. and 8:45 p.m.

“A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration” has a Special Holiday Ending
During the holidays, “For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration” offers a special holiday ending featuring Olaf. This is one of our Christmas must-dos during the holidays. The final act, which is unique from the regular version, is an unforgettable holiday finale! Don’t miss it and bring a tissue if you’re a little sentimental!

Toy Story Characters Meet In Holiday Best
Woody, Jessie, and Buzz Lightyear have an extra festive look for the holiday season. Make sure to pencil in some time to meet with them while touring Toy Story Land! Don’t miss the larger-than-life seasonal decor while you’re there!

Minnie’s Seasonal Dine (Holiday Dine)
Meet Minnie and her friends for breakfast, lunch, or dinner at Hollywood and Vine. This is the only character meal at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and it changes seasonally. During the holidays, it’s called Minnie’s Seasonal Dine. The characters (Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Goofy, and Pluto) all wear holiday outfits for the meal!

Seasonal Entertainment
These two entertainment acts are generally in the parks daily throughout the year. They will likely offer a special holiday twist during the season.
We have found two seasonal acts at Disney’s Hollywood Studios during the last holiday season. The first is Hollygroove Swingin’, a brass ensemble that plays intermittently between 10:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The band plays a mix of jazz, blues, R&B, and hip-hop. We’ve stopped to watch them a few times, and they put on a great show. Even some of the characters like to get in on the act. For exact times, you can find the band listed in the “Entertainment” section of the My Disney Experience app.

Another seasonal act, The Record Setters, is available on select days. These artists offer a comical adventure as they attempt to set “world records” at every show. We’ve seen them perform, and our best advice is to give them a little room. Don’t worry, they’ll tell you the same thing!

Walt Disney Presents Holiday Installation
A special holiday exhibit will return to Walt Disney Presents this season. Last year’s display featured props and other items from holiday films like Noelle, Babes in Toyland, The Muppets Christmas Carol, and The Santa Clause. When you’re finished, you can check out a few holiday shorts in the theater, including Walt Disney’s On Ice, Pluto’s Christmas Tree, and The Art of Skiing starring Goofy.

Santa Meet-and-Greet
Santa will have a meet-and-greet at Disney’s Hollywood Studios in 2026. The information below is from last year’s location. We’ll provide an update when more details are announced about this year’s location.
Santa has a new meet-and-greet location at Disney’s Hollywood Studios this year. He meets daily at this location between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. at Walt Disney Presents. You’ll want to check the My Disney Experience app for his exact times on the day of your visit. He is listed in the character section. This was our favorite place to meet Santa last year. The queue features glowing lights and large Christmas artwork featuring classic (and some obscure) Disney characters. We have a complete walk-through with photos of Santa’s location at Walt Disney Presents if you want to learn more. It details how long we waited and what to expect.

Specialty Food and Treats
Hollywood Studios should have several new and returning treats this holiday season. We’ll put together a foodie guide with photos of this year’s holiday treats at Hollywood Studios when they’re announced.

Vintage Holiday Decorations
We’ll wrap things up with a few photos of last year’s holiday decorations at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. This park tops our list for holiday decor because of its dreamy Hollywood vibe and vintage charm. You can expect lots of tinsel, stars galore, and plenty of bright red bows. We love a good bow around here!

We hope you’re able to check out some of the decorations and offerings at Disney’s Hollywood Studios this holiday season! Check back with Resorts Gal for more around Walt Disney World.
