Olaf Character Experience Debuts for Disney Visa Cardholders at Hollywood Studios
He’s everyone’s favorite snowman, and if you’re a Disney Visa cardholder, you now have an exclusive chance to meet Olaf at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Below, we’ll discuss this new benefit, why it was added, and how you can take advantage of it. To be clear, all guests have the opportunity to meet Olaf at this location. Disney Visa cardholders, however, will be able to skip that line during a limited window of time each day. Cardholders are also privy to receiving a complimentary photo download. Those are the only discernible differences between the Olaf Visa Character Experience and his regular meet-and-greet at Celebrity Spotlight.
To provide a little backstory, you could previously meet Darth Vader at the Star Wars Visa Character Experience at Hollywood Studios. That meet-and-greet was offered at Star Wars Launch Bay, which closed with the majority of Animation Courtyard in September 2025. Darth Vader has since moved to a new location near Star Tours. It’s as close as they’ll let him get to Galaxy’s Edge, I guess. If you would like to meet him, we have a separate article discussing how to meet Darth Vader at Hollywood Studios. Just know that the force won’t be with you if you’re a Disney Visa Cardholder. You’ll have to stand in a regular line like everyone else.
As for Olaf, you’ll find him at Celebrity Spotlight, just past the Hyperion Theater, where the Frozen Sing-Along is held. This location is across the walkway from Echo Lake. Here are the details of the character experience:
See Olaf as he steps into the Celebrity Spotlight to take photos with friends old and new. Just don’t tell him what happens to solid water when it gets warm. You’ll also receive free photo downloads to remember your visit.
- This meet and greet takes place daily between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
- You must show your Disney Visa Card for entry.
- Location: Celebrity Spotlight (Echo Lake Area of Disney’s Hollywood Studios)
