Epcot Visa Character Meet
Epcot’s Visa character meet is located in the Imagination Pavilion, which is part of the World Celebration area of the park. The building is located next to the Magic Eye Theater, where the Disney and Pixar Short Film Festival is held.

A sign on the window states that your Disney Visa Card is your ticket to this exclusive photo event. This meet-and-greet is offered daily between 1:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.

After the meet-and-greet, you can download complimentary photos via the My Disney Experience app or Disneyworld.com/photopass. You do not need the Memory Maker to access these photos. (Your card will need to be linked to access photos in the app.)

You’ll join the queue after showing your Disney Visa Card to the cast member.

This area was repainted a few years ago with vibrant murals.

On the afternoon of this visit, two families were ahead of us. When it’s your turn, a cast member will allow your party into the private meet-and-greet area. We’ve walked through this experience many times and never waited more than 15 minutes to meet the characters. While the exact characters are not guaranteed, we’ve always met Minnie Mouse and Pluto. However, on this last visit, we met Goofy and Mickey Mouse.

Here are photos from a previous visit where we met Pluto and Minnie Mouse.

Olaf Character Experience
An additional character experience is available at Disney’s Hollywood Studios Celebrity Spotlight. Guests can meet Olaf from Frozen at this location daily between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. This is the traditional location to meet Olaf, but Disney Visa cardholders will be able to skip the line during the window of time listed above. Celebrity Spotlight sits near the exit of the Hyperion Theater, where the Frozen Sing-Along is held. It’s across the walkway from Echo Lake.

Olaf is a wonderful meet-and-greet opportunity. While he doesn’t sign autographs, a cast member will typically be able to provide an autograph card with his signature.
