Disney’s Port Orleans Riverside Resort Coffee Guide (Menus and More)
Moving along on our coffee tour of the Disney Resorts, we find ourselves at Port Orleans Riverside. Admittedly, this resort doesn’t have the best coffee options, especially first thing in the morning. However, alternatives are available nearby. So below, we’ll discuss every place you can find a cup of coffee around the resort, including in-room options.

Where to Find Coffee at Disney’s Port Orleans Riverside
We’ve listed each coffee stop at the resort below, starting with the guest rooms.
In-Room Coffee
Every hotel room at Disney offers an individual cup coffee maker with accompaniments at the bare minimum. Here is a photo of the two-cup coffee maker that was in our Alligator Bayou room on our last stay. Regular and decaf Joffrey’s coffee, creamer, and sweeteners are provided.

Riverside Mill Food Court
Riverside Mill is the resort’s primary quick service restaurant. This is also where you’ll refill beverages if you purchase a refillable mug or receive one with a Disney Dining Plan.

Boatwright’s Dining Hall
Boatwright’s Dining Hall is the resort’s table service restaurant. It’s only open for dinner service, but I wanted to mention it because they offer a press pot along with a few other options. I haven’t asked, but I would imagine that River Roost, the resort’s lounge, could bring you a coffee from Boatwright’s because they share the same cocktail menu. If you’re looking for a coffee cocktail, the lounge and restaurant offer a Cold Brew Martini made with Joffrey’s coffee.
Specialty Hot Beverages
- New Orleans Chicory Coffee (French Press Pot, Serves Two)
- Espresso
- Cappuccino
- Latte
- Café Mocha
- Freshly Brewed Joffrey’s Coffee (Regular or Decaf)
Other Options
You can always walk, boat, or bus to Port Orleans French Quarter from Riverside. French Quarter is home to Scat Cat’s Club Cafe. This is where you get beignets, which go perfectly with coffee. You can learn more about the options in our Port Orleans French Quarter coffee guide.
If you take the boat to Disney Springs, you’ll end up close to the Starbucks at the Marketplace. If you take the bus to Disney Springs, you’ll be between the Starbucks on the West Side and the Marketplace.
Additionally, all four theme parks and Disney Springs have Starbucks and Joffrey’s locations. Valid admission is required to enter the theme parks. You might also like our browse our guide: Where to Find Coffee at Disney’s Resorts (Every Location).
