Disney After Hours in 2026 (Dates, Prices, and Details)

Disney After Hours returns to Disney World in 2026, offering guests the chance to enjoy the parks with lower crowds and shorter wait times. This separately ticketed event takes place at Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, and Disney’s Hollywood Studios on select nights. Guests can look forward to three extra hours of park time after closing! Here’s a quick overview of how it works.

Guests attending Disney After Hours may enter the park as early as 7:00 p.m., giving them extra time to enjoy what they like before the event begins. Once the park closes to day guests, After Hours attendees have up to three additional hours to experience attractions with minimal waits. Admission also includes unlimited soda, bottled water, popcorn, and ice cream novelties from select snack stands.

Those with Disney Resort Hotel Reservations (including all Shades of Green and the Swan and Dolphin Hotels) will be able to purchase these special event tickets online beginning October 9, 2025. All others may purchase tickets online beginning October 14. Below, we’ve outlined the dates, prices, and details for the 2026 events.

The Resorts Gal Spin on Disney After Hours

We love to attend Disney After Hours events if and when it works with our budget. For reference, we’ve attended multiple Disney After Hours at all three parks over the years. Most recently, we attended one of the last Disney After Hours offered at Hollywood Studios in 2025. We had a wonderful time and were able to experience everything with little to no waits.

If you decide to attend an event, we recommend resting on the day of your visit and not overdoing it. When you attend any special event at Disney World, you’ll want to maximize your time in the park, doing the things that are most important to your family. Most guests at Disney After Hours are there for rides with low wait times. But there are some who attend just for the opportunity to walk around the parks with minimal crowds, see a few characters, and enjoy as many Mickey bars as their heart desires.

Final Thoughts

Disney After Hours is a popular way to experience the parks with lighter crowds, shorter waits, and plenty of treats. With 2026 details now available, you can begin planning which event work best for your trip! We have a few review of After Hours events from previous years, you might enjoy. Just remember that some offerings, attractions, and character meet-and-greets change from time to time based on a variety of things.
