Disney Visa Perks at Walt Disney World: Discounts, Benefits, and More

Disney Visa card members can take advantage of several exclusive perks at Walt Disney World, from special character meet-and-greets to dining and merchandise discounts. Below, we’ve outlined the current Disney Visa cardholder perks exclusive to Disney World.

If you have one of the two Disney Visas (Disney Premier Visa Card or Disney Visa Card), you’ll want to be aware of these perks before your visit. While both cards offer additional benefits (example: vacation financing), this page only focuses on the discounts and offers you can use during your Disney World vacation.

#1 Disney Character Experience

We’ll start with the Disney Visa Card Character Experience at Epcot. This meet-and-greet is offered daily between 1:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. in a building next to the Imagination Pavilion and Magic Eye Theater at Epcot. Guests will have the opportunity to meet a classic Disney character. In our experience, it’s typically Mickey and Goofy or Minnie and Pluto. However, there are no guarantees. You must show your ID and Disney Visa or Rewards Card to gain access. You’ll also get a complimentary digital PhotoPass download.

#2 Olaf Character Experience

Disney Visa cardholders can also meet Olaf at Celebrity Spotlight at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. This special opportunity is offered daily between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Celebrity Spotlight is located near the exit of the Hyperion Theater, where the Frozen Sing-Along is held. It’s across the walkway from Echo Lake. (This meet-and-greet replaces the former Star Wars Visa Character Experience.)

#3 Star Wars Photo Opportunity (New in 2025)

Disney Visa cardholders now have the opportunity to receive a complimentary photo download taken with a digitally enhanced Holocron Darth Vader projection at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. This photo opportunity is available daily between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. You’ll want to show your Disney Visa Card to the PhotoPass cast member for the special photo. You’ll find them along the walkway that joins Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge and Toy Story Land. Here is a photo of what to expect.

#4 Stitch Disney PhotoPass Lens (New in 2025)

A new Stitch Disney PhotoPass Lens is available in the My Disney Experience app. Here are the instructions on how to access it during your visit:

1. While you’re at Disney World, open the My Disney Experience app
2. Open the app menu (≡) and select “PhotoPass Lenses”
3. Select the Cardmember Exclusive Experiment 626 PhotoPass Lens

*If you don’t see your PhotoPass Lens, you’ll want to make sure your Disney Rewards membership is linked to your account. You can do so by adding your Disney Visa Card as a payment method in the account settings of the app.

#5 Dining Discounts at Disney-Owned Locations

Besides the character meet-and-greets, cardholders are privy to other discounts. For instance, cardholders can receive 10% off select dining locations on most days by using their Disney Visa Card at the following locations:
