Disney World Height Requirements for All Rides (Plus No-Restriction List)
Are you wondering if your child is tall enough to ride certain attractions at Walt Disney World? Each park has several rides with height requirements, while some have none at all. Whether you’re visiting with toddlers or thrill-seeking teens, this guide breaks down every ride by park, including those without height restrictions.
We’ll start with a list of height requirements for every attraction, organized from the shortest to the tallest minimum height. Then we’ll break it down by park for easy reference. As you plan, be sure to explore our other parent-focused guides. In some cases, you might want to use Rider Switch, a helpful program that allows families to take turns on attractions when someone doesn’t meet the height requirement. We link to that guide further down. But first, let’s take a look at the height restrictions.

Final Thoughts
Hopefully, this list of height requirements for Walt Disney World is helpful for your planning. With so much to do at Walt Disney World, it can be challenging to plan your time. I would also like to mention that your child’s height doesn’t reflect whether or not they are prepared to experience a ride. Some children may be tall enough to ride something but still timid, and that’s okay.
Speaking from experience, I recommend positive encouragement. However, I wouldn’t force anyone to ride something that made them feel intimidated.
Not everyone loves to be thrilled. For some, a thrill can be terrifying, even if it is your child.
Keep these things in mind while touring. Also, remember to make time for the things that your child will remember forever. Those things include play areas and character meet-and-greets. If they want to take a spin on Dumbo a gazillion times, it’s normal. Your child’s time to enjoy these things is minimal. And I imagine if you are reading this review, your children are at the forefront of your mind when planning.
