Disney’s Beach Club Villas Room Types and Accommodations

If you’re planning a stay at Disney’s Beach Club Villas, you’ll have a couple of options when it comes to rooms and accommodations. Below, we’ve provided an overview of the room types available at the villas, including in-room amenities.

Deluxe Studios

The starting room at Disney’s Beach Club Villas is a deluxe studio.

Deluxe Studio

  • Views: Disney’s Beach Club Resort, Woods, Pool, or Courtyard
  • Beds: 1 Queen Bed and 1 Double-Size Sleeper Sofa, and 1 Single Pull-Down Bed
  • Capacity: Sleeps up to 5 guests

Some of the sleeper sofas are a Murphy bed that pulls down from the wall. These beds generally have a full-size (some call double) mattress. The room’s sofa folds underneath them when the bed is in use.

One-Bedroom Villas

A one-bedroom villa sleeps fewer (only 4 guests) than a deluxe studio. This unit, however, offers most of the conveniences of home.

Two-Bedroom Villas

A two-bedroom villa sleeps the largest number of guests and features two separate bedrooms with most of the conveniences of home.

Housekeeping

Guests of Disney’s Beach Club Villas will receive housekeeping based on how they reserved their room. If you rented or are using Disney Vacation Club points for your stay, you’ll receive housekeeping on this schedule:

  • For stays of 7 or fewer consecutive nights in the same villa, the Disney Vacation Club Resort will provide a “Trash & Towel” service on the fourth consecutive day of the stay. (This means that housekeeping will come in to empty trash and remove and replenish towels.)
  • For stays of 8 or more nights, a full cleaning is provided on the fourth day (day 4). Then, Trash & Towel Service is provided on day 8 (after which the cycle begins again on day 12). This service schedule applies regardless of whether you are using a member-discounted cash reservation, vacation points, or a combination of both.

*If you rented a villa through Disney and are paying cash, you’ll receive daily housekeeping.

Need to Know

Disney’s Beach Club Villas comprises 280 units. Given its smaller size and popularity, it can be one of the most difficult resorts to secure. We know many DVC members who end up on a waitlist with hopes of securing a unit before their trip.

We hope this accommodations guide helped in planning your stay. For more on Disney’s Beach Club Villas, you can browse our entire resort coverage or one of the following guides.
