Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin to Reopen in Spring 2026
Disney has announced that Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin will reopen in the Spring of 2026. This popular Tomorrowland attraction closed last August for a lengthy refurbishment. Unfortunately, we don’t have an exact opening date yet. We do, however, know that when it reopens, the ride will offer a new scene, ride vehicles, handheld blasters, and interactive targets. I don’t know about you, but I can’t wait to take a spin with those new blasters! Here’s what the Disney Parks Blog said about the attraction’s reopening in their announcement.
Across Magic Kingdom in Tomorrowland, I’m ready to take on Evil Emperor Zurg with the help of updated ride vehicles, cool new handheld blasters, and interactive targets at Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin… and guests of all ages won’t need to wait too long to try for that Galactic Hero rank, because the attraction reopens Spring 2026!
