New Holiday Exhibit Debuts at Walt Disney Presents at Disney’s Hollywood Studios
Starting today, guests visiting Disney’s Hollywood Studios can enjoy a new holiday exhibit at Walt Disney Presents. Walt Disney Presents is a walk-through gallery tour that was originally opened to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Walt’s birth. The gallery offers a showcase of his life from birth to Hollywood. Toward the end of the gallery, you’ll find various exhibits, including a recently added model of some of the new lands coming to the parks over the next few years.
The new Christmas exhibit sits beyond the historical area and before the movie theater. It features props and costumes from classic holiday films such as The Santa Clause, The Muppets Christmas Carol, Babes in Toyland, and Noelle. During this time, One Man’s Dream, the theater’s traditional (and outstanding) film, is replaced by a selection of holiday shorts
Disney has shared a couple of photos of the new exhibit, starting with a few costumes and props from The Muppets Christmas Carol. Here we have a Charles Dickens costume, played in the film by The Great Gonzo. The costumes pictured were all designed by Polly Smith

Next, we have Bob Cratchit’s costume (played by Kermit the Frog) and Tiny Tim’s costume (played by Robin).

Disney also shared an image of the hot cocoa mug from The Santa Clause.

Three holiday short films are playing inside the theater. They are:
- On Ice
- Pluto’s Christmas Tree
- The Art of Skiing

Walt Disney Presents is also home to a new Santa meet-and-greet that debuted earlier this week. This was in the former home of the live-action Ariel meet-and-greet, which was relocated to Echo Lake. We’ll have a full walk-through of the new Sana location at Hollywood Studios. Suffice it to say, it’s a beautiful meet-and-greet with a fun queue. It’s also an incredible place to meet Santa! (Speaking of Santa, don’t miss the new Santa Goofy meet-and-greet at Epcot!
