2025 Magic Kingdom Christmas Week Schedule Set for Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade
Disney has announced the 2025 Christmas Week parade schedule for Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade at Magic Kingdom. As you may know, the parade is exclusive to Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, with a few exceptions. Those exceptions are when the parade is filmed for the Disney Parks Magical Christmas Day Parade, which airs on Christmas Day on ABC, and the week following the conclusion of the extra-ticketed party. This year’s last party is held on Sunday, December 21, 2025.
Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade Schedule (Christmas Week)
Walt Disney World has updated its calendar to include the dates and times for this year’s daytime version of the Christmas Parade. Here are the dates.

- Tuesday, December 23, 2025 (12:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m.)
- Wednesday, December 24, 2025 (12:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m.)
- Thursday, December 25, 2025 (12:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m.)
- Friday, December 26, 2025 (12:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m.)
- Saturday, December 27, 2025 (12:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m.)
- Sunday, December 28, 2025 ((12:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m.)
- Monday, December 29, 2025 ((12:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m.)
- Tuesday, December 30, 2025 (12:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m.)
- Wednesday, December 31, 2025 ((12:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m.)
If you visit Walt Disney World during the week between Christmas and New Year’s Day, you will want to take advantage of this unique opportunity to see this daytime version of the parade. The parade steps off in Frontierland, near Tiana’s Bayou Adventure. It then travels to Liberty Square and turns right toward Cinderella Castle. After it semi-circles the hub in front of the castle, it straightens and continues down Main Street, U.S.A., where it retreats after circling Town Square.
Our preferred viewing area is Main Street, and we enjoy watching the parade from the right side of the castle in the hub area. We also enjoy seeing it from Town Square. Both spots offer excellent backdrops for anyone who enjoys capturing images. We have a video of the 2025 Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade that we took the day it was filmed in early November. Our video was taken from the end of the parade in Town Square. If you would like to watch the parade with a little less effort, you might select a spot in Frontierland or Liberty Square. It will pass through those areas first.
If you’re visiting with younger children, we encourage you to get a spot early on in the front row. Many of the characters will interact with the audience as they pass. How early? We usually try to find a spot up to an hour before the parade. However, during the week of Christmas, you might want to scout out your location even earlier due to the high crowds.
Magic Kingdom’s Nighttime Parade Will Still Be Offered Over Christmas
In addition to the Christmas parade, Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away will be offered twice nightly throughout the holiday season at 7:00 p.m. and 9:45 p.m. except for December 30th and 31st. On those evenings, the nighttime parade will be offered at 6:30 p.m. and again at 9:00 p.m.
