Magic Kingdom Holiday Fireworks Schedule Changes: Christmas Week to New Year’s Eve (2025)

If you’ll be visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth during the busiest week of the year, you’ll want to be aware of a few changes. One of which is the evening fireworks schedule at Magic Kingdom. Disney has published Magic Kingdom’s fireworks schedule for December, leading into the new year, so we now have a clear idea of what to expect.

Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks (Christmas Week)

As you may know, Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks are exclusive to Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party until the last night of the party. Then, that same fireworks show replaces Happily Ever After during the week of Christmas. In 2025, Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks are offered at Magic Kingdom during regular park hours on the following evenings:

Monday, December 22, 2025 (8:30 p.m.)
Tuesday, December 23, 2025 (8:30 p.m.)
Wednesday, December 24, 2025 (8:30 p.m.)
Thursday, December 25, 2025 (8:30 p.m.)
Friday, December 26, 2025 (8:30 p.m.)
Saturday, December 27, 2025 (8:30 p.m.)
Sunday, December 28, 2025 (8:30 p.m.)
Monday, December 29, 2025 (8:30 p.m.)

Fantasy in the Sky Fireworks (New Year’s)

Then, another unique fireworks show will be performed on the 30th and 31st (New Year’s Eve): Fantasy in the Sky Fireworks. It will be performed twice on both evenings. Here is the schedule for those evenings:

Tuesday, December 30, 2025 (7:30 p.m. and 11:50 p.m.)
Wednesday, December 31st (7:30 p.m. and 11:50 p.m.)

On another note, this two-night performance allows guests to see both holiday fireworks spectaculars for the New Year at Magic Kingdom and Epcot. However, Epcot only offers holiday fireworks once on New Year’s Eve. To see both performances, you would need to visit Magic Kingdom on the 30th and Epcot on the 31st. December 31, 2025: Luminous the Symphony of Us (6:30 p.m.)
December 31, 2025: Cheers to the New Year: A Sparkling Celebration (11:54 p.m.)

Happily Ever Returns to Magic Kingdom on New Year’s Day

Lastly, Happily Ever After returns to its regularly scheduled performance on New Year’s Day. It will be the park’s first fireworks performance of 2026.

Thursday, January 1, 2026 (9:00 p.m.)

Typically, Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade and Mickey’s Most Merriest Celebration, two other Christmas Party exclusives, are offered the week of Christmas after Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party wraps up. As of this update, Disney has not published times for any parades or special events after December 21st, which is the date of the last Christmas Party.
