Disney Delays Beak and Barrel Reservations at Magic Kingdom
Guests who are eager to make reservations for the new Beak and Barrel lounge in Magic Kingdom’s Adventureland will have to wait a little longer. Disney has announced that reservations, which were expected to open today, August 14, 2025, have been delayed due to technical difficulties. Disney has updated their website with the following statement:
Due to technical difficulties, reservations for Beak & Barrel will not launch today. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please check back for updates.
The pirates-themed lounge is expected to officially start welcoming guests later this month, on August 29, 2025. Of course, when Disney originally announced the reservation date, they made the joke that patrons would want to secure their spot or else they might end up having to walk the plank. It appears that fans across the board took them seriously. We’ve seen numerous reports of guests spending hours attempting to make reservations!
Unfortunately, we do not know when this offering will be available, but we will continue to keep an eye out in the meantime!
