Bourbon Steak Reservations Now Available – Dress Code Posted, Menu Still to Come
Dining reservations are now available for Bourbon Steak by Chef Michael Mina, the latest signature dining experience at Disney’s Swan and Dolphin Resort. Reservations can be made through OpenTable, with the first available date listed as Saturday, July 26, 2025. A dress code has been posted for the restaurant, but the menu has not been released as of publication.
You may remember the restaurant was first announced back in April. This location replaces the former Shula’s Steakhouse, which closed on June 14, 2025. It will be the 10th location for the Mina Group’s popular restaurant chain.
The Swan and Dolphin have posted a dress code for the restaurant on their official website. It reads:
This restaurant is one of our Signature Dining experiences. Guests are expected to dress accordingly in attire that respects the restaurant’s sophisticated and upscale aesthetic. Clothing should be clean, neat, and in good condition, free from offensive language and/or graphics. Please, no swimwear.
The restaurant is expected to be open daily between 5:00 and 11:00 p.m. As always, hours are subject to change. If you’re planning a visit, reservations are highly recommended. It has been our experience that signature restaurants at the Swan and Dolphin will validate valet parking tickets when we dine there outside of a resort stay. The resort is well-known for its lengthy list of signature dining options, including: Todd English’s bluezoo, Il Mulino, Kimonos, Amare, and Rosa Mexicano.
For reservations, Bourbon Steak’s listing on OpenTable is available here. Reservations will likely become available in the My Disney Experience app in the coming weeks. OpenTable, however, is probably your best bet to secure most reservations. We use it exclusively for dining at the Swan and Dolphin, Disney Springs, and other off-site hotels.
