Make This Little Mermaid Cookie Pie Part of Your World at Disney’s Beach and Yacht Club
A new dessert recently debuted at Disney’s Beach and Yacht Club Resorts. Disney Eats recently shared that while life often offers tough choices, the Little Mermaid Cookie Pie wasn’t one of them. This sweet treat combines two homemade graham cracker cookies. It’s stuffed with a marshmallow and ganache filling. The exterior features a pretty blue icing, a purple seashell, and a red starfish. It comes topped with Ariel’s favorite accessory, a dinglehopper, also known as a fork.
The Little Mermaid Cookie Pie is now available at the Beach Club Marketplace (the quick service at Disney’s Beach Club) and Ale & Compass (the quick service at Disney’s Yacht Club Resort).

If you’re a fan of Ariel or The Little Mermaid, you might also remember that a new stage show, The Little Mermaid – A Musical Adventure, recently debuted at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
As far as Disney’s Beach and Yacht Club are concerned, we’ve recently shared several construction updates, including a new notice that work will be completed on both resort entrances through October 2025. That work has already begun on Disney’s Beach Club side of the resort and is expected to begin at the Yacht Club, starting in July. Unfortunately, an opening date for Stormalong Bay has not been announced as of publication time.
