NEW: Summer Treats at Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach
As if the regular treats at Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach weren’t enough! Disney has shared a few new ways to cool off this summer, depending on which water park you’re visiting (and when)! We’ll start with the Dole Whip Watermelon with Chamoy and Chili-Lime Spice. This treat is available at the Snack Shack at Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon. This sounds like the perfect, cold sweet-and-sour treat!
Next, we have a new Soft-Serve Cookie Sandwich from Happy Landings Ice Cream and Snack Shack at Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon. This treat features two chocolate chip cookies with a layer of vanilla soft serve between them. The treat is then rolled in your choice of chocolate or rainbow sprinkles.
Those with plans to visit Blizzard Beach can find this delicious-looking S’mores Churro at I.C. Expeditions at Disney’s Blizzard Beach. This new menu item is described as pieces of Churro topped with graham cracker crumbs, a marshmallow whipped cream, chocolate sauce, and toasted mini-marshmallows.
2 New Items Exclusive to H20 Glow After Hours (Typhoon Lagoon)
If you have plans to attend a special H20 After Hours event at Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon, you might be interested in these two new items at Leaning Palms. From our understanding, they are exclusive to the event. First, we have the Chicken and Mickey-shaped Waffle Sliders. This is described as Chicken strips with lettuce, tomato, sriracha mayonnaise, and crispy prosciutto served on Mickey-shaped waffles with a side of maple balsamic glaze
Next, we have a loaded baked potato that comes topped with barbecue barbacoa, prosciutto, scallions, and truffle sour cream. (They might as well have put caviar on top of it! If you know….you know.)
