The Best Way to Get from Disney’s Beach Club to the Polynesian (With Alternatives)
If you’re staying at Disney’s Beach Club, you might want to visit Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort. Whether you’re visiting for dinner reservations or you only want to stop by to breathe in the tropical atmosphere, the Polynesian is always popular. If you’re staying at Disney’s Beach Club, however, getting to the Polynesian might not seem so straightforward. So below, we’ve listed the best way to get from Disney’s Beach Club to the Polynesian using complimentary transportation provided by Disney.
Beach Club to Disney’s Polynesian
Take a bus from Disney’s Beach Club Resort to Magic Kingdom. At Magic Kingdom, you’ll walk through the security clearance. From there, you have the following options:
- Take the resort monorail from the Magic Kingdom to the Polynesian.
- Or you can take a boat from the Magic Kingdom to the Polynesian. (It stops at Grand Floridian on the way.)
- Or you can walk via the Grand Floridian walkway to the Polynesian. (This is a long, scenic route.)
You’ll want to consider the weather when deciding which option works best for you.
Alternative Route
You can take a FriendShip (boat) or walk from the Beach Club to Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Then, you can board a bus to Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort.
For Breakfast Reservations: One important note: we would not rely on taking a bus from a theme park to a resort before 10:00 a.m. From our experience, it often takes longer to find a bus that’s immediately returning to the resort. If we were visiting the Polynesian for breakfast, we would allow time to take the bus to Magic Kingdom and then the monorail or boat to the Polynesian.
