Characters Stop By the Walt Disney Studios Courtyard at Hollywood Studios to Leave Impressions

A few characters recently stopped by the Walt Disney Studios Courtyard to check out the progress and leave their impressions. By impressions, I’m referring to handprints, footprints, and autographs. Disney shared a sneak peek of what guests will find waiting in the newly poured concrete when the Walt Disney Studios Courtyard opens!

Here are a few screenshots from the video that Disney shared. (We’ve included the video below as well.) As you can see, a few popular and somewhat obscure characters were highlighted. We have Oswald, Moana (notice that Hei Hei was with her and left a few prints), Stitch (in alien form), Cinderella (with only one glass slipper), Yen Sid (Kingdom Hearts), Mufasa with Simba, and Maui, who left a mighty big set of hand prints!

You may remember that the Walt Disney Studios Courtyard (outdoor area) and Disney Jr. Mickey Clubhouse Live! will open on May 26th. Per the announcement, the courtyard area will be ready for families to see and explore on May 26th. However, the Magic of Disney Animation will not officially open until later this summer.
